Returns & refunds
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item bought online, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrect item?
If something arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn’t as described:
- Within 30 days — full refund, no questions asked.
- Within 6 months — we’ll repair or replace it. If we can’t fix it, you’re entitled to a full refund.
How to return
Email us at support@eversiriusuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions within one working day.
Your statutory rights are not affected. These rights are provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
