Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that some items are held in our international warehouse. If your order contains one of these items, lead times may be longer than standard. In this case, you will be notified immediately after placing your order with an updated delivery estimate.

UK Delivery

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days for in-stock UK warehouse items
  • Free shipping on all UK orders over £150
  • A shipping fee applies for UK orders under £150 — the exact cost will be shown at checkout

European Delivery

We ship to most European countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status via our courier's website.

Delays & Disruptions

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, EverSirius cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of any damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
